Prime Anyós Residential Complex consists of 12 semi-detached houses, distributed in 4 construction phases of 3 houses each. Located on a plot of 4.031m2 in the Urbanization Oriossos, Anyós, in La Massana, these semi-detached houses will have exclusive views and only 10 minutes to the Andorra la Vella center.
The homes range from 303m2 to 481m2 and have garden areas and terraces from 70m2 to 275m2 that are located both at the front and at the back of the house.
Regarding the qualities and materials, this promotion will be building according to the new regulations in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability, and if we add controlled mechanical ventilation to this, energy expenditure will be minimal. The semi-basement is the leisure area of the house. This floor could currently be configured by the costumer according to his needs. In this proposal there is space for a wellness area, gym, laundry room, full bathroom, and an additional room for guests or for the service. In addition, this floor allows to elevate the house to enjoy views on the noblest floors of the house.
The ground floor consists of a big dining room, with the option of an open or closed kitchen, a toilet, and a pantry. The space can also be configured to include a small office.
